The sixth digital release on Deepflight Recordings is made by the Berlin based producer Olav Hentrich. The Violetta EP is available now in all download shops including mixes by Lukas Greenberg, Dynamic Stereo Sound, Oliver Wüst and Booby Deep.

Within the first two minutes of the original track “Violetta” the music gently grows until it has reached its level. While the listener believes himself already on the top, Olav Hentrick just keeps adding jumping and rolling sounds. He combines them in such a fine way that the dark character and the fat groove never get lost. The result is a unique symbiosis of harmony and groove: Deep Tech in its purest form.

Violetta has been remixed by Lukas Greenberg who keeps the Funk alive and by Booby Deep who really lives up to his name. A progressive remix comes from Dynamic Stereo Sound. Last but not least Oliver Wüst chips in the most mystic and Detroit -like version with his Hollow Remix.

The EP is completed by another track from Olav Hentrich called “Pispot” and makes the DFR006 a fantastic and well rounded Tech House experience. Get ready to take off!

Ganz behutsam türmt sich der Titeltrack Violetta die ersten zwei Minuten auf sein Level. Und während wir uns beim Hören bereits ganz oben angekommen wähnen, garniert Olav Hentrich jede Menge weitere hüpfende und rollende Sounds dazu. Diese werden so geschickt kombiniert und beinahe heimlich untergeschoben, dass der dunkle Grundcharakter und der dicke Groove des Tracks dabei nie verloren gehen. Das Ergebnis ist eine einzigartige Symbiose aus Harmonie, Groove und Geschmeidigkeit. Deep Tech in seiner reinsten Form!

Durch die Mangel genommen wurde Violetta von Lukas Greenberg, der diesmal mehr Funk walten lässt und von Bobby Deep, der seinem Namen alle Ehre macht. Ein progressiver Remix kommt von Dynamic Stereo Sound. Nicht zuletzt steuert auch Oliver Wüst mit seinem Hollow Remix die mystischste und detroit-lastigste Version bei.

Als Bonus liefert die Violetta EP obendrein den Track Pispot von Olav Hentrich und macht die DFR006 zu einem unglaublich runden Tech House Erlebnis. Losschnallen und abheben!

Olav Hentrich releases his deput „Violetta EP“ on Deepflight Recordings in spring 2010. The Berlin dj and producer started to work in the musicbusiness 1987 in a band playing the bass. Getting in touch with electronic music in the 1993 he knew from the beginning that this is the genre he wants to put all his mind and energy inside to substantiate himself. Teaming up with a close friend and labelowner, Olav Hentrich started to produce music in a deep and techhouse directiction that comes closest to defining his music-style.

The first track “Violetta” is dedicated to someone who delivers a harmonic and fresh feeling into his life and that is surely noticeable in this production. The second track “Pispot” is a groovy-driven track with great rhythms. This release also holds some awsome remixes from „Lukas Greenberg (GER)“ and „Dynamic Stereo Sound (UK) “ which should be played at peaktime!

Olav Hentrich has and is still playing in almost all known clubs in Berlin and he is also spinning the decks in the UK and Spain where the people go loose when he plays his groovy and pumping housesessions.
